Before his death, Master Qiu entrusted his daughter with the Ming Dynasty's coastal defense map, hoping that when the court was once again upright, she could pass this vital document to someone capable of bearing the responsibility of safeguarding the nation. To obtain the map, the Japanese pirates pursued Zhou Huai'an and Qiu Moyan across the jianghu, while the imperial court declared them the empire's top fugitives. For the sake of the map and the safety of the Qiu family's last descendant, Zhou Huai'an sought help from Jin Xiangyu, the owner of Longmen Inn. To protect her true love, Jin Xiangyu concealed the map within the inn and transformed the establishment into a dragon boat, hiding it away from the jianghu until the right moment arrived. However, Qiu Moyan inadvertently fell into the hands of the Japanese pirates. At the same time, the court dispatched Xu Yi, a skilled detective, to the boat to arrest Zhou Huai'an and Qiu Moyan. Multiple factions, driven by their own motives, engaged in a deadly struggle aboard this eerie dragon boat.
