Synopsis：Under the Goddess of Zhaoyao Mountain’s protection, Bu Nian—a gray-eyed girl with a rare gift—rescues amnesiac general Xue Yiyang. They fall in love, but to heal him, she vows to send him away. When she seeks him out later, he remembers nothing and distrusts her. Yet her quiet devotion rekindles his heart. As he departs for war, she disguises herself among his troops, using her foresight to save him at great cost. After their victory, the vengeful Xue Fu kidnaps Bu Nian. Xue Yiyang, his memories restored, rescues her—but Xue Fu retaliates by burning Zhaoyao Mountain. Forced by the Goddess, Xue Yiyang swears eternal love. But Bu Nian’s true purpose awakens: she is her people’s destined guardian. To save them, she erases Xue Yiyang’s memories one final time and transforms into the Migu Tree, her spirit forever bound to the mountain.
