Synopsis：In 1949, Taiwan was shrouded in the shadow of the White Terror. The Kuomintang, unwilling to accept defeat, sought to prevent the new China from achieving national reunification. In this critical moment, underground intelligence officer Wu Shi, deputy chief of staff of the KMT Ministry of National Defense, disregarded his personal safety and resolutely committed himself to liberating all of China.
