Synopsis：In Southeast Asia in the 1980s, the gang led by armed robber Tan Li is trapped in Dina City after a robbery. Detective Kumar and Chinese police officer Wang Zhen join hands, dismantling their elaborate schemes. When Li's mistress is insulted, he gives up his escape and commits another crime. Step by step, the police close in through their network of connections and launch a final showdown during a bank robbery, where Li takes hostages. As Li is subdued and his mistress is arrested, this confrontation between good and evil ends in a complete victory for the police.
