Synopsis：Lin Yaoshan, a young mountain forager, is rescued from Saintess Mountain as a child by the old mountain leader Long Erkui, who takes him in as his disciple. Agile and quick-witted, Yaoshan is also slick and money-minded, yet kind at heart. A missing ginseng incident embroils him in hidden secrets deep within the mountains, linked to old stories of a leprosy sanatorium and the legend of the Flesh Ganoderma. Through many trials and the passing of his master, Yaoshan ultimately develops into a defining mountain forager of his generation.
