Synopsis：In the 1970s, Hong Kong was in a Dark Age under British colonization. The poor suffered while the British police colluded with the triads, letting criminal activities such as gambling and illegal drug transactions run wild. Sister Tie, the owner of Tie Ji Restaurant, strives to protect the weak and vulnerable in the slum area. Following the establishment of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Sister Tie, along with justice-seeking citizens, provided clues and assisted them in the fight against crime, against the gangsters who terrorized the people and the corrupt British police.
