Synopsis：Xia Dong Qing, who can communicate with souls; Zhao Li, the soul ferryman; and Ya, the fairy of the Nine Heavens, knew each other at the 444 Convenience Store. One year later, they met again at the seaside. Xia Dong Qing accidentally formed a contract with Zhao Li and he must help Zhao Li send off 81 souls. Ya was infected with an ancient human disease and fell in love with Xia Dong Qing. This was against her mandate as a fairy of the Nine Heavens. As a soul ferryman, Zhao Li seemed omnipotent. But his deepest sorrow was not having his own soul, and he couldn’t experience human emotions like Xia Dong Qing.
