Synopsis：In the early Republican era, the entire population of Shuangmiao Village was found to have hanged themselves overnight after villagers violated a forbidden taboo. The only survivor was a young boy named Wu Qi, who has spent his life seeking the truth behind the tragedy. Years later, under pressure from the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and the Nationalist Government, Master Lin Wu is forced to enter the tomb of King Chuyou to retrieve a powerful artifact. Wu Qi is also coerced into joining the tomb expedition. As the group confronts their inner demons in the perilous tomb, they gradually uncover the chilling mystery behind the village's mass suicide years ago.
